  Most people are aware of Superdrug and all it entails, but the Spalding one is quite a gem. The offers are excellent and widespread across the store, there's a superb range of gifts at the relevant times of the year, there's a pharmacy on site (that's rarely busy - obviously a plus for customers) and, above all, they take customer service really seriously. They will always ask you if they can help but are respectful and not pushy, especially if you decline the offer; but the second you do need them they are super-helpful without being patronising or acting as though they'd rather be elsewhere. Whoever does their CS training needs an accolade!
