I rang the store to ascertain whether the items I required were in stock as I did not wish to have a 20 mile drive only to be disappointed. I spoke to an assistant who checked that they were and said they would be reserved for several days. When I visited the shop, the same assistant - Alexia had very efficiently labelled and put aside the required items . All we had to do was double check each item. She also helped carry them to my car . So 11/10 marks . excellent ! and many thanks. S. Shaikh
