  My wife's bracelet had a faulty safety catch and we live in Hampshire but could not seem to find a jeweller who would really consider a repair. Quite by chance we were in Lincolnshire visiting relatives and called in Panman's on the off chance. A really friendly helpful atmosphere and we left the bracelet for repair about three weeks ago. Yesterday lunchtime they telephoned to say the bracelet was back in the shop after repair and we immediately paid the bill arranged postage and 24 hours later its back on my wife's wrist. She is absolutely delighted with the service and quality of repair. It was worth the 390 mile round trip. Thank you Penman for a friendly, efficient and first class quality service.
